Master Fresh is on his way, I used recycled materials found in skips, pine wood used for arms and head, plus supporting structures in torso and head, foam used otherwise to help reduce weight and make the puppet better balanced.
Pine wood is a very common building material, not too heavy and pretty easy to carve, just need to watch out for knots and splits, which would possibly compromise the finished puppet’s structure.
Old furniture is a great resource for quality wood.

I have decided for the clown puppet to not be a horror clown, it just doesn’t feel right to put my effort and love into that kind of project, so am now rethinking who he is, if you have any suggestions I’m open to ideas, I want to source some audio or something t0 base him on, and do some videos with, if you have a project you thing he might work for please get in touch, he can be altered within reason!

Peter was made in response to the Pembrokeshire Coast Charitable Trust artwork call-out, I am planning to make some short videos performing Peter at a number of beauty spots on the Pembrokeshire coast, which just so happens to be the area I was brought up in.
Created for Lion MC a rapper lyricist, based in London, using one of his original solo performances, I will start on a puppet soon.
